Jordan was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout the process of customizing an engagement ring. He patiently answered all of our questions. We felt treated well and were not rushed to make any decisions. Pricing was upfront, tax included. Finally, the finished product was beautiful! The store is family run and has a wholesome feel to it.

I reached out to Diamonds on Wabash with a strange request to see if they could fix a metal sconce that had a great deal of sentimental value for me. Despite it not being jewelry, they spent a great deal of time and care connecting with me about the item and untimately because of how the item was manufactured, it wasn't something they were able to help with but they did kindly point me toward a DIY solution that would work for me. Jordan was extremely kind and wonderful to work with and I loved learning that they are not just a small business, but a family-owned business. I'll definitely be going there for any future jeweler needs!

Going into the experience of buying an engagement ring, I definitely knew I needed to find a top of the line jeweler and Diamonds on Wabash is exactly that. To complement the beauty of their selections on display, the service was everything we were looking for. Jordan not only guided us in our purchasing decision but provided a high level of transparency and consistent open communication to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. This business has it all: friendly and approachable atmosphere (especially for young couples), a CAD mockup of our exact design specifications and opportunities for tweaks, and a final product that was strikingly beautiful! Wonderful!! I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and all my experiences have been outstanding. This is a unique no pressure jewelry store that works to give you what you want. My most recent experience had them custom design a ring using my old jewelry. Sheila was wonderful worked with my ideas and created an heirloom ring. Highly recommend!

My wife accidentally washed her rings on Halloween. She had put them in her pocket the night before to bring upstairs. Forgot to take them out and washed them. The ring got caught in the drum. It ripped main diamond out. Also snapped the ring in two. After a recommendation I was lead to Diamonds On Wabash. I came in distraught explaining our situation with pics. Everyone working there was around me listening and sharing in our sorrow. Jordan was the first to get in touch with me offering solutions. He found me a diamond to replace hers that was an upgrade. There was no pressure and I was in complete control of the paths we took. Sheila then came in as things progressed. We decided on a complete recast of her original ring and new diamond. Her ring was unique originally. Not only did they recreate it .....they improved the design making something that will last a lifetime. We were also able to have her original melted down and a keepsake band made from it!! Hands down an amazing experience from beginning to end. No pressure, multiple options given, and a care from all like it was their own. Thank you so much for all your help!! Please consider Diamonds On Wabash for all your needs. Diamonds on Wabash is a fabulous place. You can trust them to do expert work at a fair price. Sylvia is the 2nd generation owner who inherited the business from her dad. Now her son Jordan works there! It’s a real family business that’s been around for a very long time. Whether you want a classic engagement ring or a unique design this is the place ! We are very pleased with the friendly and efficient service provided at Diamonds on Wabash. Sylvia was the one who helped us - she had assisted many other family members and friends in the past so we knew we were in good hands! The diamond she sourced is absolutely beautiful and fit all the parameters that I had requested. The quality and cut of the stone is excellent - I love how much it sparkles. We enjoyed the fact that we received a CAD drawing and then got to try on a wax mold before giving the official approval to create the actual engagement ring. We are thrilled with how it turned out and look forward to working with this team again on other pieces.

I went to Jewelers row on Wabash before Christmas and happen to walk into Diamonds On Wabash after not receiving assistance at 2 other stores. We were trying to get a pearl necklace fixed and a pair of earrings made. They were helpful & responsive. I went back after the holidays with a blue sapphire stone and my engagement and wedding band. My wedding band needed to have 2 diamonds replaced. My engagement ring needed to be rebuilt. The current stone in my engagement ring was smaller and square. The new sapphire was larger and round. Their jeweler was able to melt down my platinum engagement ring, use the diamonds from the old setting, rebuild the engagement ring and use the new sapphire. The set is stunning! I am so happy and will return for all of my jewelry needs in the future! Also the cost of the new setting or reasonable and guarantee their work!
